1. Returns

  • We do not accept returns for any reason, including change of mind, size issues, or personal preferences.
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • If you believe you have recieved a product with a manufacturing defect, you must report the issue within 3 days of delivery.
  • To initiate a return for a product with a defect, contact us at jewelsbyluxe@gmail.com with your order details and proof of defect.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are not offered under any circumstances, including for orders placed with incorrect details such as size, delivery address, or customer errors.

3. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery to request an exchange.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Items that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective upon arrival).

5. Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be. cancelled.
